Jozua started working for the Road Accident Fund in 1995 and finished his studies part-time through the University of Pretoria.

He joined the firm in 1999 as a candidate attorney and was admitted as attorney in 2001.

In 2003 he was appointed as a partner in the firm’s third party and personal injury claims department. Jozua specializes in motor vehicle accident claims.
